KING DELUXE: King bed plus double bed.
HOTEL ROOM: King bed.
BREEZEWAY ROOM: Two double beds plus sofa. Limited ocean views.
Management will not exceed maximum occupancy in rooms (see chart above). No cooking or microwaves permitted in any guest rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Room deposits are refundable with at least 14 days notice and are subject to a $25.00 service charge. Deposits not refundable with less than 14 days notice.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN FOR ANY REASON.
Any date changes are subject to a $25.00 service charge. No date changes are accepted with less than 14 days notice.
